We collect personally identifiable information (Name, Email Address) only when you voluntarily provide it to us (course registration, contact form). We also collect technical data (browser type, operating system) to improve your experience on the Website.
2. Use of Data and Third-Party Services

Personalize your experience: Understand your language-learning needs.
Provide the service: Scheduling through Calendly, lessons through Google Meet, and sharing learning materials (PDFs, Anki decks, audio files) through Google Drive.
Manage your orders: Secure payments through Stripe or PayPal.
Communication: Sending emails through Systeme.io.
3. Data Protection and Sharing
We implement strict security measures (encryption, secure access controls) to protect your data. We do not sell, trade, or rent any personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to the technical service providers mentioned above, which are necessary for the delivery of your lessons.
Some of our service providers (Google, Calendly, Stripe) are located in the United States. These data transfers are governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that required under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4. Data Retention Period
Customer Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and then archived for three (3) years for customer engagement and marketing purposes.
Shared access to the Google Drive folder is maintained for a period of three (3) years following your last lesson. After this period, access will be revoked and continued availability of the resources cannot be guaranteed. Clients are encouraged to download all learning materials (PDFs, audio files, Anki decks) during this period for their personal retention.
Invoice records are retained for ten (10) years in accordance with French legal requirements.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
Right of access to your personal data.
Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
Right to restriction of processing and right to object to processing.
Right to data portability.
