Each lesson lasts 60 minutes and must be booked in advance based on the available time slots shown in the schedule (accessible after payment). You have up to 3 months (90 calendar days) from the date of purchase to schedule and attend your very first lesson. After this period, your package will no longer be valid. Once your first lesson has been completed, your package remains valid for one rolling month to help you maintain steady progress (for example: if your first lesson takes place on the 13th, your package remains valid until the 13th of the following month). You may reschedule your lessons at any time within this validity period. Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time (for example: for a lesson at 1:15 PM, cancellation is possible until 1:15 AM). After this deadline, the lesson will be considered due and deducted from your package.
